In 45-60 minutes you get
Every year I give many speeches and presentations. They are always delivered down-to-earth, with and inspiring nerve and with "an edge". And, of course there's room for both humor and reflection.
The speaks can easily be conducted virtually, but to be honest: it's just so much more rewarding in real life where we are present in the same room!
How many strategies do you have in the drawer, on the bookcase or stored on the computer? And they are just lying there - and nothing is happening? Well, if you have, you might need to work a bit different. Here I give you the recipe for strategic development through 4 simple questions:
If you want
new inspiration to achieve an effective process and practical approach to strategy, where ownership and involvement are important. And where focus on execution is important.
After the keynote
you are better able to develop strategies and to execute them. And you will know
Everyone has experienced cultural differences between nationalities, but why do the differences between generations sometimes seem even greater? You get an answer to this in this keynote, where some of the questions are:
Megatrends and culture come into play along with a splash of philosophy and Søren Kierkegaard!
If you want
want to get a handle on "that future"! If you are curious about people, about good cooperation and leadership. Or if you want to learn more about the new consumer culture, what is happening in the world and how you can embrace new opportunities, but still be critical.
Both angles are possible: you choose whether the keynote should focus on leadership or business development.
After the keynote
you are filled with new knowledge and inspiration, hopefully. And you and your organization can get started conquering "the future"!
Coaching the classical way can be excellent in many contexts, but not in leadership! It is nor healthy or constructive for leaders, employees or the organization as a whole. In this keynote you get a clear idea of the role of the leader to achieve a (more) well-functioning organization in a modern, digital and global age. Also if your organization consists of several cultures, ages or other differences!
If you want
new inspiration in your leadership – no matter if you are a young or more experienced leader. Or if you think your boss needs to get his/her mindset adjusted!
After the keynote
you are filled with new knowledge and inspiration, hopefully. This makes you able to adjust your mindset and puts you in stronger position to act differently and set a new direction for your leadership.
This keynote might as well be called "Everyone talks about networking. But are doing anything? And why should you?". Many find "networking" a little embarrassing, feel uncomfortable in large gatherings or asking their network for advice. Or maybe they find it difficult to map their relevant network and have challenges bringing their network in action! This keynote focuses on the positive sides of networking; it is not at all "embarrassing" and you are not "exploiting people". On the contrary, it is for the benefit of all parties!
If you want
to learn more about networking and to improve your networking skills – no matter the situation.
After the keynote
you are filled with new knowledge, insight and courage to get "out there" and network! Lots of tips, tricks and tools gives you the possibility to achieve (better) results for yourself and your organization.
Have you ever experienced this?
Boring meetings without proper planning and meeting management? No agenda and no one is prepared? A few arrive too late, some are busy replying e-mails, visiting social media or leave (maybe!) to take an important call? The meeting summary comes after several weeks – and it doesn't really matter, because no one reads it anyway? And by the way, no one knows who's going to do what.
Same applies if it's an online meeting: several don't have camera on, microphones are scratching or not muted, too many attendees, day-long sessons with presentations no one can read, etc. etc. Virtual meetings can be really brilliant – or they are the worst. Because what doesn't work well in the physical world, works even worse in the virtual!
If you are
sick and tired of wasting time, being a frustrated attendee or maybe even meeting leader!
After the keynote
you are filled with insights, tips and tricks to build a new and better meeting culture – in both physical and virtual meetings.
